Return Policy – Silenzio

Because every Silenzio artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences. Each piece is produced specifically for you, making traditional returns not possible.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include the following in your message:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

In most cases, the item does not need to be returned.

Non-returnable Items

 

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen
  • Style or color preferences
  • Wanting to switch to another design

This policy is standard for all premium print-on-demand art studios.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us.

We will investigate with our production partner and arrange a replacement when confirmed.

Customs Fees & Refusals

International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes determined by your country.

If you refuse these charges and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

All our frames come equipped with a hanging kit, designed for both horizontal and vertical mounting to suit your poster's orientation. For your convenience, larger frames (60x80cm and above) feature a pre-attached hook on the back panel. Smaller frames come with a mounting kit and an easel/stand. Regardless of the size, you'll find three sawtooth mechanisms on the back, ensuring secure wall mounting. Please note that screws or nails are not included in the hanging kit.
